General UTAU news (again)

• Almost done with Defosniper (1.5 choruses left)
• redoing triesure-sniper with proper tempo
• Kazaki VCV is recorded, but that's all atm
• might redo hello/howareyou vid & edit the ust slightly
• might rerecord part of eiki vcv still
