Finally updated Eiki's Other Wiki page to have the VCV test sample and general notes in the "Voicebank Distribution" section [not available yet]

I haven't made Kazaki a page over there yet..
Maybe if (?) he gets a Voiced VB, I'll make it then...

Small News Update

Rerecorded Act.2HDVCV's endbreaths (They'll probably replace the old ones*)
*[ 息あ息] will still be there, as it's also being used for inhale/exhale

Seems to work OK with TIPS.
...I haven't really messed with resamplers much.
...should probably make Kazaki's VCV (flags) art, too. heh
